What's the problem for non-techies spending via lightning, privacy wise? I read several times LN has no privacy, etc. Monero might be better, but nobody is going to try to account for thousand micropayments over several years over LN, mainly because it'd be an enormous resource sink - no benefit in wasting resources to de-anon small txs over lightning.
