32 juniper seeds planted. We only actually want one male and one female tree, but since we don't know the germination rate, whether grocery store seeds are ecen viable, or the gender that the plants will be, we decided to go overboard.

They can cold stratisfy for a couple months until Spring arrives. It's not as good as if we had planted them in the Fall, but hey, I can't change the past. I can, however, do things today that will change the future.

I'm just sayin' you could at least pick someone who is actually against vaccines to spread the message. I expected better from you

🤣🤣🤣 You do realize that RFK Jr has has only ever missed one vaccine from the entire schedule in his entire life, right?

Where are you getting these fruits from in January? I can't imagine they'd be inexpensive this time of year

Current status: Statically compiling rust code and linking against musl.

I think I'd have it if it weren't for the dependency on libusb, which depends on libudev (which might depend on other things, I haven't gotten that far down the rabbit hole).

I haven't been following the news, has #Trump ended the war in #Ukraine?

If he is, I haven't found him yet

Mainly so if I get harassed I don't have to show ID. It also projects against losing it, but that's secondary in my mind.

I've been leaving everything at home unless I need it. I only took my phone yesterday because I had to use it. Sometimes I put it in airplane mode, sometimes I don't.

But I guess the real answer to your question is: because I'm weird.

Biked to run some errands and forgot to bring cash for flour from the food coop.

This is a drawback to intentionally leaving my wallet at home when I'm not driving. Really wishing they'd accept bitcoin right now. I've got that on me...

Me: Hey, I ordered JST 1.5mm connectors and Amazon sent me JST 2.54mm connectors! What the heck?

Narrator: No, you ordered 2.54mm and that's what you got.

Me: Checks order history. 😳 Well I meant to order 1.5mm 😭

Narrator: Would you like to try again?

Me: 😬 Yes?

I'm guessing this is a bunch of noise and hype, but anyone know if the DeepSeek-R1 models will actually impact paying customers?

"China dropped about a half dozen brand new AI models that outperform anything ChatGPT/Grok/Claude/Llama can do, take a fraction of the time and money to create and upkeep, and made them all open source, ruining the AI market."

There were already a bunch of open source models that can be run locally, so I'm guessing any paying customers who decided to go the DIY route would have already done so. It seems like the current customers want someone else to run the infrastructure so they can just open a browser tab and type in some questions without investing in hardware, setup costs, and O&M when they could just outsource all that.

If you want to stack sats, sell something and accept bitcoin.
