The culture here is pretty much the opposite of TikTok and in my experience it’s way less volume but way higher impact per interaction. I feel like I tend to get frustrated by people who think about things incompletely.

For example, if I were to talk about the American Dream, a lot of people on Tiktok would attempt to parrot things or would try to lecture me out of my ignorance.

It's as if the utterance of any intersectional subject is a constant tug-of-war for the "pipelines" of media algorithms. It's a genuinely horrible time for people that value philosophy.
