Back when ETH did the change to its money supply algorithm to be deflationary, a lot of people correctly pointed out that they can just change it again.

And they did, so now it's back to having a similar supply distribution rate as bitcoin, but with fewer reasons for anyone to want to hold it long term relative to bitcoin, and with more competition nipping at its heels than bitcoin.

Here's my dilemma. So I believe in sound money. I have fiat loans. The more fiat loans there are the more this creates demand for fiat and so strengthens fiat. So I should get rid of my fiat loans. But the more fiat loans there are the more fiat debases and the more my fiat loans devalue against my sound money. So my possession of sound money gives me a vested interest in the debasement of fiat; but this is contrary to my belief that debasement of currency isn't good for society as a whole.

En Cardano, lo he usado antes, diría que todavía tiene problemas de centralización y prefiero Bitcoin, sin embargo, hay otra cadena llamada Ergo construida por muchas personas que son desarrolladores de Bitcoin y Cardano y hereda muchas propiedades positivas como: UTXO, Contratos inteligentes, Prueba de trabajo, Suministro fijo.

En mi opinión si realmente estás preocupado por alguno de ellos, lo mejor es probarlos todos y comprobar de primera mano qué tal. Ser un validador en Cardano es mucho más difícil que ser un minero en Bitcoin. Dirijo 2 mineros de Bitcoin desde mi casa y todo lo que necesitó fueron aproximadamente 3000 $. En Cardano tienes que ser un mago de las finanzas y la codificación y también conocer gente para competir en su entorno establecido.
