If you don’t have a good eye for design Canva won’t solve that, but it’s a good tool, particularly for mobile (great on iPad)

I did a quick google… you can build a website on the free version.

If you have the pro version, I think you can design websites… never used that though. I made a lot of presentations, graphic design and most importantly, memes.
