There are multiple ways to do this. You can do the following:

1) If you don't run a TOR node I found LNBits to work fine with the Lightning address setup. It did not work with tor.

2) Use a federated bridgeaddr https://bridgeaddr.fiatjaf.com/ which will handle the payments after using RPC calls to your node to fetch invoices and then you can setup yourname@yourdomain.com. Basically requires modifying your domain's DNS, not much. Also, I think this works with TOR and zerotier.

3) Use Alby to connect to your node with the extension and then use @getalby.com domain I guess.

4) Run your own federated server using satdress https://github.com/nbd-wtf/satdress or https://github.com/bernii/sataddress-rs/

You’re welcome! No problem at all, glad

to be of service! 🤙

Right! Looking at the code, I think NIP-111 will allow paid relays to let clients know that they have payments enabled.

Could be used for grouping paid relays vs free relays in clients.

Good night! 🌃

You’re welcome 🤙

Damn you guys are real quick with the updates and fixes.

Upgraded paid relay https://relay.orangepill.dev to Nostream v1.22.0.

The invoice issues should hopefully be fixed in this version and NIP-111 support added. Thank you very much #[0]

Good morning! ⚡️🤙

You're welcome!

Glad to be of help! 🤙

I like how the bot generates DALL-E images and that it’s integrated with lightning payments. 🤙

Hey Davey, although you’ve paid, I checked your relay list and you appear to have my old relay keyed in.

Remove wss://nostr.orangepill.dev and add wss://relay.orangepill.dev

Let me know how what goes for you

Hehe, thanks 🤙 trying to keep up.

You should be all set. I checked the database and you're admitted to the relay successfully! Like JSTR mentioned, there's a bug in the version that's running that gets stuck on "waiting to confirm" but actually admits the users just fine.

Just add wss://nostr.plebchain.org to your relay list and you should be good. Sorry for any confusion!
