I think it’s only for filter.nostr.wine. However, I envision most paid relays to add a subscription model to remain sustainable. A one time admission fee will eventually not suffice as the flow of incoming admissions slows down.
This is going to backfire eventually when they start losing all the profits they made from overhead expenses that miners pay for. A nail for their own coffin.
