Whenever I go back to the city to (a few times a year to do some errands), I cant wait to get back home fast enough and tend to my garden and enjoy the wide open air.
"Leading" would be defined differently for me. More along the lines of health, life expectancy, infant morality, crime (USA), literacy, employment, housing, all of which America is lacking by far compared to most second world nations.
South America would have to be the top adventure region for me but the crime causes hesitation I agree. Balkans top the USA by far, but Slovakia tops the Balkans. EU is a joke lol.
