I know I had trouble sleeping in and after the Air Force.
VA diagnosed me with Bipolar2.
I spent 6 weeks inpatient therapy.
Story short: wakeup early or at a regular time and maintain a schedule(not routine). One absolute achievement each day(I started with 1 hr recovery meetings)will do wonders for ones contentment and motivation to start each day hard.
Lost 9 lbs in a week!
