Not advocating for censorship btw. I’m a free speech maximalist, which allows folks to dialogue and speak up if needed.
I’ve seen a lot of talk about trolls and just ignoring them and move on. I agree, for the most part.
But, when/if there is a pervasive issue within a community, or thought leaders within a community start to say things that are seemingly contrary to the purpose of the community and the thing that community supports, we should speak up. Trolls are trolls…but let’s also always question and speak up when needed to keep making this community better. Call out hatred and bullshit, support one another. Pura Vida 🤙🏻
