1. They put tariffs on Colombia, then they removed the tariffs
2. They ordered the freezing of federal funds, everyone complained to Congress, so they started waffling
3. They sent all the air traffic controllers letters they should resign/take buy out contracts, then a plane crashed so they announced they’re hiring more air traffic controllers
