I now have nearly 75% more BTC than I did prior simply by holding my XMR. No leverage needed, and privacy built in without custodial LN services being used. 🤷
Will begin to DCA out to gold/silver around October.

A group chat I am in was just calling for $40,000 bitcoin just yesterday. Now they are talking of $140,000 bitcoin. Just a mere shift of $100,000 in perspective because of a single post from the POTUS.
Absolute asshattery from these people. Needless to say, I just left that groupchat 😂

Nasdaq being down ~4.2% pre-market was not on my Bingo card heading in to the last week of January. Especially with as many large ER due to post all week long.
Wild price action across the board but nothing out of the ordinary for BTC, yet anyway.
Trying to find my saved chart on TradingView from December 2021 of projections for BTC this "cycle" is proving troublesome despite having named the layout.
I thought I had placed it on the BTCUSD index but apparently I used one of the 3600 exchanges/USDT/USDC pairing instead.
Was primarily just curious on how well my forecast model had functioned but I'm losing my motivation to find it quite rapidly.
Bummer.
The overall crypto market is likely going to continue to remain quite dull for a while yet and not provide many opportunities to swing trade outside of small pockets here and there.
Most of the action will likely be in scalps that are a "See BTC, take BTC" scenario.
I am still weighing the option of more XMR paired trades than BTC for the remainder of this cycle and then converting on the way out.
Not commited either way yet, been focused on BTC pairings since January 2022 and have not had any regrets on that decision.
However, at around 0.002 BTC = 1 XMR I'm liking the XMR pairs more from a long term BTC perspective
