Shortest day of the year yesterday.
Time to plant some seeds of the varieties that will sprout early, flowers, cannabis possibly hibiscus that I just harvested.
Any annuals I get growing early could have a 9 month growing cycle.
These Moringa trees that are flowering now were planted 4 months ago and seem to be loving the weather here.

Started Linux running in Windows...then installed them side by side and after a couple of days....
Just wiped Windows and with only Ubuntu OS easliy replaced all apps and up and running in a day!
Linux is very easy to use and I'm amazed, all the apps and ease of installing and compatibility.
I'm setting up a Ranch server for #NOSTR, #Bitcoin, lighting FediMint etc...

Oputina, Prickly pear aka Nopal with fall colors as the "tunas" fruit start to ripen. Need to figure a way to protect them from birds and rabbits till I have enough for everyone.
Prepping some venison burgers! This is the meat we just finished grinding this morning, so we need to try it out. Last day for hibiscus. Time to harvest the last of the calyces and seperate them from seed pods for drying.
Later the dried calyces are brewed into a great hot or cold drink known as "Jamaica", great for pancreas and thirst quenching.
