This is a valid point. When I first joined #nostr, I thought stacking was so important; it was a mantra, but once I saw so many #nostriches randomly *zap me. Their generosity loosened my desire to stack on nostr, (stacking is for cold storage IMHO). I began to feel the joy of zapping early and often. I still like/favorite too, when my wallet gets zapped way down. It’s a journey, and the OGs like Jack or the devs are on different milestones than noobs.
