Genuinely, going freelance and working with the Cooperative have really taught me to value my own work and my time. Having somebody else look you dead in the eye and say “are you really going to undersell yourself like that” and not because the Coop take a cut, but because they genuinely care

I should also note it’s a three part interview process with extra work, so obvs they’re not upfront about not paying for that time either. Again, go find an employee if you want to pull that shit, otherwise 30 min call is OK + CV + Portfolio take it, leave it, or pay for it
