It has everything to do with accountability. The legacy media is full of examples. You post some false information or outrageous coment, you stir the wasps nest, then you take down the post but never retract.
If some one complains, you say you removed the post. You never backtracked the (miss)information, you muddied the waters to benefit your goals, and some people will never hear again from the matter, so in their mind that information is still true. That's lack of accountability.
If you give user the power to force deletions, you remove the need for accountability.
Corrections, amendments and retractions should all be public, just like the original statements. There's no throwing the stone and hiding the hand, for that we already have legacy social media.
Pretty sure nobody involved in that research paper suggests to stop breathing.
Daily Mail is hot garbage that only serves the purpose of keeping the uneducated triggered and angry. That way they complain about how "the scientists won't even let us breathe now mate!" instead of turning against the system that steals from them in broad daylight.
Is smaller than the red one two days ago fwiw
The brilliant thing about the #Tether -OFAC move is that Tether's need for reserves have magically decreased a metricfucktone.

I was just about to ask you if it was back at working. I guess I have my answer haha
Are the bridge and the Cashu mint working properly? nostr:npub12rv5lskctqxxs2c8rf2zlzc7xx3qpvzs3w4etgemauy9thegr43sf485vg?
Are you checking your DMs. When I tried to myself this way I got a DM with de cashu token.
As an onboarding tool 100%.
In the longer run, I'd teach them to use self custodial solutions and threaten them with a rug pull. I wouldn't want to be their custodial.
Sent you 21sats. Couldn't do it it zapping the note tho, something's going on with my #Amethyst and it's not letting zap π
I was on a PC, had to install Brave to have a Chrome based explorer, so it was fresh out of the box. No extensions, no nothing π
You shouldn't buy in-app. You have the option so the cucks at Apple think you are going to give them a 30%, but you should buy somewhere else, send to that wallet, and zap around without giving them shit.
Thank you nostr:npub1u4xzr3728zam74axh87wgmjmx0k6jf76dhyseajj8x3zznt7jzrsq3nj9s for helping me get setup on nostr.cooking, that was a huge learning experience.
Welcome!
Oh, that's why. I have no browser extensions on neither Android nor PC π
It'd be nice to have some kind of key manager built in π
## NostrNet Development Summary
Today, I optimized NostrNet for medium screens, such as iPads and other tablets. Large screen optimization tomorrow.

Tomorrow, I plan to implement a fascinating feature allowing the NostrNet to create multiple instances of itself and display them in tabs, similar to a browser.

I'm also working on advanced web search features. Additionally, I've noticed an increasing number of users, so I'll refrain from making any breaking changes from now on.

I had a quick look at it yesterday and it's pretty neat.
I have a question, and maybe I missed something very obvious. Is there a way to add an nsec to the app so that when you open the different nostr clients it connects with that nsec automatically?
If I had 1M to spare into something as mundane as a citizenship, I wouldn't need a citizenship to move around anyway π€·ββοΈ
Since #Bitcoin inception, JP Morgan has paid ~$39B in fines for their various financial crimes. Yet, Jamie Dimon goes to the Senate and declares the true use case of Bitcoin is criminals.
That begs the question: "Why are you so fucking retarded as to lose $2.78B per year instead of adopting the best tool of your trade?"
