The only reason I have them before local is because I think had is cheap now and it's rather spend the money on shipping to increase that market in hopes that other local farms will go Regen

I feel like freeze dryers only apply to nomadic or city folks. Rural people store their food on the hoof or a seed bank buys your just as much for way less money. Right?

How would you order these in terms of importance:

Buying food with bitcoin

Buying food locally produced

Buying food regeneratively produced

Personally, I think Regen, bitcoin and then local because the more you grow the market for the first two, the more likely local markets will adapt.
