✨ I work in the Adult Social Care sector - it’s pretty intense majority of the time. I am also a full time live in carer for my Grandmother with advanced Mixed Vascular Dementia & Alzheimer’s.
I’d love to say it was a walk in the park, but when you also have chronic physical health concerns of your own - it certainly takes its toll. Whilst battling my own mental health problems, my soulmate decided this world was not for him anymore - that was almost a year ago.
This is where my determination comes in.. to live a better life where I’m not constantly in demand to others - as fulfilling as it is, it doesn’t always carry the greatest consideration or thanks from those closest!
I’m a strong girl and I carry on - I always have and I always will.
This dream will become a reality, I just know it! 💖🫶🏼✨
I feel I’ve found a great community already, I’ve not even been here 24 hours! This is all part of how we take our power back, responsibility over our own self. Self-worth and self-esteem is so important and all the mainstream world is doing right now, is trying to strip it from us - they want us beaten down and docile.. ready to do as we are told!
I say no more! Freedom is what we deserve. I stand with anybody who wants the same, who wants to breakaway and be healthy, content, happy even. By supporting each other, we can be better.

Some tourists say Costa Rica have better services compare to Panama.
Plus they have a bitcoin beach and a town: Ubita, with many stores, restaurants, hotels accept bitcoin
I was in Panama for 7 years, i came back in europe now for personal reasons, but the last years was hard for me there, be ready to pay x2 or x3 on the food price compare to europe or USA.
Some housing prices are interesting especially for rural & beach houses in small town.
Go in the panama city center if you want fancy apartment & services.
Bocas del toro is the fancy touristic place to see for paradise beaches and islands.
If you like the nature, mountains, hiking, go to boquete. There is a volcan to climb and they cultivate one of the best coffee in the world
