There is a decentralized movement to decentralize centralized services.

The decentralization of the movement is what makes it unstoppable.

How do I connect a wallet to it? Where do I get a nostr wallet connect url?

Self loathing may be the effect rather than the cause. But there may be a feedback loop involved here.

Lack of self awareness is widespread, I agree, but where that’s genuine you only see clumsiness and awkwardness instead of all out villainy as I define it and mean for it to be understood in my OP. I mean someone knowing there is wrong in what they do, and then doing it anyways.

Delights me to read that. I love being in that spot where I manage to share with another spirit some truth that has come to me somehow - usually, at least in part, because someone else was trying to share some truth that came to them. It’s a giant recursive fractal of sharing.

I don’t buy that villains think they’re the good guys. I think they try to evade or rationalize their villainy, but their conscience knows what they’re up to.

I’m with you on pride though. That ego is a monster maker.

Money is more often why people take the “give up your own personal passion and purpose” route. The villain route - one where you hurt or betray lots of others, seems filled with reasons such as fear, ego defence, jealousy, hatred/anger, laziness, hopelessness, and things along those lines.

Why do so many people choose to take the villain route? I know there’s lots of reasons. Do they ever really know the true price they’re paying?

I’ve met some of the most interesting people through my interest in Bitcoin. And I’ve seen plenty whose passing interest in it revealed how uninteresting they are.

This is a very good point. I just can’t seem to give up hope yet on the world. When he’s ready to get me to withdraw I expect Galt or Satoshi will come and convince me.

Top of the morning to ya.

There are several there, still. But there are many more there looking for help and guidance. And then, of course, there’s the countless clout chasers, scammers, bots, etc…

What I truly miss is the wonder of the spirits that stirred in the 2020-2022 era. That was a spiritual era of bold and daring philosophical exploration of what Bitcoin means. I still seek to trigger that awakening in others. And I long to spend more time with the already awakened.

Yeah, but they don’t post on here enough.
