Phoenix doesn't support zaps(nip-57) afaik.

You need a wallet that supports it like:

- getAlby (browser extension)

- ln.tips (telegram bot)

- stacker.news

- strike.army

- Wallet of Satoshi

There you get a LN address that you just have to put into your profile and youre done

Relays are servers that store notes from users. So when you write a note you send it to the relays your client is connected to.

Relays also forward these notes to other users, so they can now read notes written to the relays they are connected.

Im tired, hope this makes sense😅

It took a while, but I successfully installed Lightning Terminal to connect LND to Zeus⚡ without using TOR. Feels great to see it running 💜.

This! A really great UX with alby 💜

Oh nice, I'm looking forward to it.

Is it possible to integrate alby directly into mobile apps like amethyst or damus?

However I'm actually quite happy with all the features alby can currently offer. It's a very seamless experience using alby on desktop, thank you!

I like Blixt wallet, its a LN node on your phone with a lot of features. Maybe not the best choice for a beginner.

Phoenix has very smooth UX, but opening new channels, cost min. 3000 sats, so not worth it if you make a small channel with low transactions imho.

If you have your own node then zeus is the best choice.

I'm using a local backup on usb and remote on github.

You can use the raspibolt guide for the setup:

https://raspibolt.org/guide/lightning/channel-backup.html

https://nostrgram.co has a feature to get all your follows back

This Lightning Address is special.

When you pay to it, my Lightning Box solution will forward the request to the phone, where Blixt Wallet respond with an invoice.

This is the first time a self-custodial LN wallet supports Lightning Address.

This is part of my on-going work to support receiving via Lightning Address for mobile self-custodial wallets.

https://github.com/hsjoberg/lightning-box

Android supports foreground services, meaning that Blixt Wallet can stay online all the time to answer incoming requests (no effect on battery).

Though the normal mode of operation for Lightning Box is that it'll take the payment on behalf of the user and then next time the user opens wallet, it will auto-withdraw from the Box, thanks to LNURL-withdraw.

But if the wallet is online already, it can just forward the request.

Wow, thats very nice. I'm already looking forward to it 🔥

Blixt is one of my most used LN wallets⚡ ⚡
