I’ve gone months on one meal per day in the past and the key is always nixing sugar & then carbs. Steak is so filling it makes this incredibly easy. Raw steak every few days gives the meals more variety & fun.

10/10 definitely recommend. gonna keep it rolling

Did you use two different clients? For instance a phone app then switch to a web browser app? I've had some issues with one updating the protocol vs being updated by the protocol.

My area. It was sunny then we got a phone warning to take cover and 2 minutes later all hell broke loose. Ears popped, whistle wind and huge trees cracking and breaking. Then it was sunny again. They are very rare in the mountains. Everyone is okay in my area. Just lots of clean up and they are still working to restore power.
