The Alby extension nostr login doesn't work for me on Kiwi anymore, whenever I hit confirm for allowing key interaction it doesn't do anything. I was working on Status 2 years ago and they came up with "identicon ring" and "emoji hash". Especially the ring itself is great. Imagine a unique color ring wrapped around you avatar that is generated out the hash of your pubkey. This way you never can impersonate someone, because you get used to seeing a special ring around your friends avatars that is impossible to game 
You mean checkmark indicating you follow them and not related to nip5 at all? That's a bit surprising for me, I am not sure If I'd get a checkmark as a follow indicator hmm
Any client does it that way?
