Probably impossible. I think social networks currently only work when you block those that you don't want to hear and Follow those you're interested in.

It's a pity that there isn't a more subtle way to like or dislike something, e.g. assign an interest value between -10 and 10.

I don't know which client you're using but it would be useful if Amethyst had word based filtering . You could then block 'BTC', 'SATs', 'Bitcoin' etc.
