Yuppers. Its a 2000 Ford F150 I bought for $800 like 4 years ago so I sold it cheap. It runs fine, the cold just shot the battery then it wouldn't recharge

Just ate at Em Chamas and it is the best restaurant I've been to. They're usually $50/person for a buffet with a salad bar and they have waiters walking around with different cuts of meat. Their steak and roasted pineapple were amazing. Their lamb was great too.

My shoulder blade was hurting all day yesterday. Usually push-ups will help pop it and make it stop but not yesterday. It continued to hurt today and I tried push-ups again and it finally worked!

I guess the answer is always more push-ups
