nostr:npub1vdd75n9nzj09xp4z95xcw6gq7fjqr2m666tqkkphhf5cmpw6e8wscjtkfq cities used to be nice-- you could be close to all kinds of services, and culture, and things to do, and everyday you could meet new and interesting people who might be like you that you would never have the opportunity to meet in the suburbs, also tons of shops selling all kinds of stuff you'd never see anywhere else. Also you'd have opportunities to meet people, start projects, bands, art collectives etc.,.. you couldn't do without people being packed so closely together.
The internet has drained that advantage, while cities have attracted undesirable minorities who ruin the vibe. But they used to be worth it to a lot of people.
