I know what you mean. Especially If the weather is already cold, a cold shower is near impossible to motivate yourself to have, but if you can start with a hot shower, try near the end of the shower to slightly cool the water at first, and then gradually make that colder and see if you can go for at least 30 seconds to a minute.. that will trigger some deep breathing and you’ll feel invigorated. I eventually you’ll look forward to that the more you do it. 👍🏼
