Does Mutiny require the use of a particular LSP or can independently opened channels be used? Honest non-judgemental question, I've never used Mutiny.

My understanding and from what I can tell just from my own experiences, is that not having a bluecheck and replying to those that do, they get don't get notifications or see it unless they go looking. So direct answer: I read between the lines.
It's pretty easy to tell actually. No blue cuckmark and you're effectively shadow banned.
Send it to Boltz rather than a WoS withdraw if you're overly concerned about it.
There's been a bunch of updates, it's possible something like that caused an issue but I don't know. Also, as nostr:npub1mc20uche0cy599vpl850aschpu7wteundgsnf0msep79lu3fu5aq3r4ptv pointed out, you can use Zeus too with lndhub and it seems to work better as far a refreshing.
Are you using Blue wallet or the lnbits interface? Bluewallet can have issues refreshing if you don't go in an out of the wallet

Core Lightning and Eclair. Eclair needs a plugin to create one and it's all still experimental. I've only been able to get one CLN node to pay another CLN node's Bolt12 offer.
At 88, I think it's time for a retirement
Man, I've never been more happy with a Lightning node than I am with my eclair node. That shit just works, so refreshing 😀
