Agree with everything except the test part. If some inquires try asking them what their current fears are (could be anything) then try to show them little by little how bitcoin can decrease the fear and actually provide a solution. Bitcoin fixes this. Ask your coworkers friends what there greatest concerns are(when appropriate) and then use your knowledge to show them how bitcoin can help fix the problem(s) and they will frequently become interested and want to learn more and take the next step. Collaboration versus top down effort will be more productive.
