The way this soap holds its form without breaking apart is amazing. The original bar broke in half after using it for a while. I've left half in the shower and half at the sink for shaving. You can see the thickness even well after a month of daily use. The shower bar has been used by both my wife and myself and still maintains a decent bar that is not breaking down, becoming soft and folding.
