It's so early with nostr and as a dev that option to see pretty printed source of a note would be really helpful as a general debugging tool

Take my word for it is all anyone's going to have eventually. Another reason Nostr is so important is the reputation graph that can be built from all these signed events.

Hmmm. The best relay to add for decentralization isn't the one with the most users, but the one with the most users that you don't know about. Maybe that's what this does, maybe it creates an attack.

There are definitely some caching possibilities. Notes themselves are pretty small but auto-loaded videos and to a much lesser extent images can eat up a lot of bandwidth. It's an important problem because centralization will result if not solved.
