We may still think of small-town America as some sort of Jeffersonian ideal of agrarian utopia, but it’s far from the norm for the vast majority of Americans. And news flash for all the advertisers out there trying to sell us pickup trucks and coolers. Most of us aren’t farmers or cowboys, either. Just a whole lot of empty pick trucks sucking up fossil fuels to compensate for a lack of purpose. All hat and no cattle, as they say.

Let me say first that I don’t understand the case against Hunter Biden or what all the fuss is.
But I have one question. For someone who is not an elected official, how does whatever he did warrant a special counsel? If this is criminal, shouldn’t it just go to a prosecutor? Why is the DOJ allowing the GOP to politicize this?
The Hunter Biden thing is unfortunate, but it’s a sideshow, a distraction. If he’s guilty, convict and sentence him. What did he do? Cheated on his taxes? Had an illegal gun? We might as well lock up most of Congress.
