Sometimes earth. If i find myself in a familiar setting I try to goto the same place to practice going where i want to.
If i find myself in a unfamiliar setting i practice manipulating my consciousness. Instead of a human shape i make myself a small sphere.
But what i really like to do is try to jump into alternate realities. so i find other versions of me willing to swap for a minute. it sounds fun but im realising that most of the other versions have really crappy lives. id like to find one thats better then mine.

its moving your consciousness out of your body to another location. i try to go to specific places but its difficult.
