I’ve had this one for a solid 10 yrs so it’s gotten a really good base to it. I’ll re-season it as needed but for the most part it just works. I always rinse my skillets in hot water while they are hot and then dry them out on the stovetop. Seems to help with not scraping that seasoned layer off.
Gotta be a high number no pun intended. I had convo with wifey the other day about that. Said think if the amount of people driving around who are just tweaked out on prescription pills. Not to mention whatever else. Makes you really wonder.
