It shows up as pending at the very top of the activity section.
Welcome to self custodial lightning. Sorry not sorry.
Payment timeout trying to pay with nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg at the pharmacy.
Worked with my node at home over tor in about 10s 😰
We've optimized for success a lot and now we're hitting the inverse problem which is speed. We have to work on this still. Latest results today show it's come down to 20s instead of 100+ seconds but it fluctuates a lot for the node you're trying to pay.
This is because you had a pending payment and closed the app and didn't come back to it for a few days and it needed to be closed.
Did it ever go through? We've seen a few issues since the last LSP update a few days ago. This might be why it's not working as quickly as it's intended.
Got a little feature request for nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg
When you are receiving sats to open a new channel, it would be nice to see some indication that the channel-open is pending an on-chain transaction.
Ex: if I send from Zeus to Mutiny, Zeus says a payment is in process, but Mutiny doesn’t “notice” until the transaction confirms and the channel opens. An indicator that links to the pending on-chain TXID would be a nice addition.
One of my favorite things about watching wallets is the near-immediate acknowledgement that funds have been sent to your address and are pending confirmation. Takes the uncertainty and anxiety out of trying something new.
Hope this is helpful 🫡
The channel open is immediate once the payment has been received. You need to open mutiny again for the channel to process.
Actually I might have made a mistake, if I send through my list of contacts in mutiny is that a Zap?

No, sending through contacts list is not a zap yet. Has to go through your normal nostr client and linked via NWC to mutiny (in wallet connections in the settings). It'll be a normal lightning payment to their wallet for now but this will improve in the future.
No max or min, just use it as you need it.
If set up the invoice as shown above, and then send the sats from an on-chain address, will you open the channel by default or does the user need to do so manually, within mutiny, once the funds confirm?

If you deposit on chain there's a swap button that exists if you want to open a channel.
Yes, it'll come out of what you receive when that invoice is paid. For 100k and 15k sat fee:
The invoice is for 100k. You receive 85k, a channel will open for about 200k (you get extra inbound potential with no setup fee).
A much needed release is underway!
The fee for channel opens is now dynamic based upon the current fee rate estimates. Previously it was hardcoded and needed to be updated manually when we had huge price fluctuations, but now it'll always be based on current chain fees.

Right now it's about 15k sats. A huge drop from the 40k the LSP previously set it to. Get your channels while they are hot!
We also do web caching for the PWA version and will notify you when a new version is available. This gives you a chance to decide to upgrade later or refresh immediately to apply the new change.

We have much more changes later this month but let us know what you think of these! 🙏

Still working on my graphene phone.
Reproduce. Will take a look. nostr:npub1u8lnhlw5usp3t9vmpz60ejpyt649z33hu82wc2hpv6m5xdqmuxhs46turz's LNURL rust library probably needs an update for these.
