I don't think anyone is safe at this point. Universal democracy always ends up right where we are today. This is why every decent philosopher and leader for the past 2000 years has written poorly of it. If you let every retard vote, then someone is going to coral the retard vote to gain wealth and power, and then they're going to start creating or bringing in more retards to entrench their position before corrupting, and finally looting it. It was inevitable.
