You need to put it in the LN URL field so you can get zaps. You can also log in to nostrplebs and set your walletofsatoshi address as a redirect, so you use the same nostrplebs address for both nostr pubkey and LN payments.

#[1] You can help normalize podcasting 2.0, nostr, and zaps / streaming sats. Then you can drop the shitty advertisers. (Or all of them, preferably.)

The speed of development will knock your socks off. Technical challenges are being removed on something like a daily basis. (It will still be a while before it's comparable to mainstream legacy platforms in terms of usability, but not that long.)

Thanks for the sats! The entire data of the JPEG file is stored on-chain. By downloading/sharing the block you are downloading/sharing the JPEG. Same goes for mempool, although that at least can be fixed (without a fork). Not sure if this was not clear, or I am misunderstanding your question?

I wrote two blog posts (so far) about ordinals and inscriptions. I argue that ordinals is the main attack vector, and inscriptions is simply a byproduct of how this particular attack vector works. My view is not alarmist, but I do see this as a teaching & learning moment for Bitcoiners, and we should take advantage of it rather than (as many seem to be doing) giving in.

Alright, nostr is much better when you pay a few sats for a private relay. Crazy the difference a proper spam filter makes. I wonder if there are any other things we can think of that could use a better spam filter?
