on coracle.social you just click the 'relays' tab of the user's profile page and then click 'join' on some of theirs and you should start to see them more of ten.
the most retarded thing is that it's just a segmented data linking method, originally invented for distributed database syncing, used for decades, i think even, before bitcoin.
yeah, i do intend to expand my routine with a regular high intensity squat with a big weight on me, once i top out at 30kg loads - mainly because when i hit 30kg i only need to do that once a week for my shopping requirements.
by the way, that reminds me, you are probably aware of this but Systema martial art training routines include extremely high intensity, extra weight stuff, like doing push-ups with someone on your back. this is part of the reason why rucking appeals to me, it's building a baseline for me to be able to take on more mountain climbing.
madeira has some amazing places to be seen, most of them are over 1km altitude and about 15km as the crow flies, so to get there with my own energy is one major goal for me. if shtf i'll be leaving it in my dust, and nobody used to normal terrain will have a chance of getting to me.
relays technically are only forwarding traffic, but the whole thing would not work without caching, so they are blending it with databases, and because of that, they are also starting to move into the realm of distributed databases.
it's pretty much mandatory for nostr to blend relaying and caching together so there must also be a concomitant development of appropriate consensus algorithms that fit the use case. some people think that means blockchains but it's not needed to have strong consistency. eventual consistency, and only driven by user activity, is what seems to me like the right fit for nostr. this is solveable with merkle DAGs, tied to users.
on a side note, there is a lot of confusion of domains in the discussion of architecture in nostr. it is a simple fact that the way a relay will structure its caching depends on the users. trying to make the strategy about a subject is blurring the boundary between serving users and serving an application model, and is going to lead to rigid and difficult to modify systems.
where would rucking fit into that scheme? i typically do a 5-6km walk with 13-20kg of weight, i've been upping the ante but when i carry more in one session i don't need to do it as often - i'm bringing home heavy loads of shopping.
as i get into the range of 20kg of weight it's definitely starting to become very high intensity, even though it's slow, because the force required for each step is exponentially increased in relation to the additional weight.
i'm mainly doing it to save money, but also to condition myself. i have always wanted to be able to carry a pack like soldiers do, and i'm now getting in the range of half way there.
wait, you clean yourself with yoghurt?
that sounds like a fantastic idea, i've been thinking it might be good for that. perhaps if it was mixed with a bit of egg to provide a little lecithin to make it bite into the fats more.
the best soap for suds from one oil is tallow. castile soap was originally just olive oil, but it's basically impossible to find anyone selling it this way. it does a better job at cleaning without making you prone to body odor, because of the natural antioxidant elements in olive oil.
modern people are all used to detergents and the only thing that makes that is coconut oil, which is also no coincidence that the detergents are synthesised from coconut oil, at least originally (sulfonated so they are more amphoteric even when in acidic conditions).
anything that causes allergic reaction is likely to cause insomnia, histamine 3 receptors are also connected to the effects of many stimulants. i can attest from my several allergies that almost all of them have some negative impact on my sleep.
principles and axioms are not subject to this flaw, and can often be identified inside many matters that people claim are arbitrary, and contravention of said principles and axioms also at play in fallacious arguments defending immoral behaviours.
modern people are trained to just agree with whatever they are told, in order to not suffer from the pain of social stigma and thinking. so they try to avoid having any views on anything and don't want to defend principles.
such people are all going to hell.
no lies detected
i don't think their poisonous vaccines had any positive effect except making us weaker.
i don't think there has ever been more, or less, people who are sensitive and instinctively resistant to the evil patterns of the psychopaths who run society.
i know plenty of autists who are just as norm-supporting as the rest of the population. plenty of autists who don't even care about the corruption of the banking system and its consequences.
i loved how the word queer used to be a word that didn't mean pervert.
i just started brewing yoghurt. never going back to buying it.
when i get my shit together, making my own soap is gonna be a thing also, made from goat tallow if i can bear to not eat all of it :D
yeah, they aren't that anymore. their products now are second rate, have too much coconut and too little olive oil and way too much water.
pingo doce's brand of soaps here in portugal are better, especially the ones with argan and shea butter. plenty of simple unperfumed soap brands around the place that are decent too, and not made from palm oil.
the unpaid propagandist do gooder virtue signallers are here.
imagine being so retarded that you don't even demand money to promote this patent bullshit.
still better than being a ignorant dweeb promoting agendas to depopulate the world while carbon dioxide levels are at all time lows and birth rates are in the negative in most of the world. i'm sure you are all cool with the carbon footprint of the world's militaries too.
i bet you also like central bankers too. BIS guy's carbon footprint has gotta be at least equal to 10 africans.

old, tired and retarded subject, promoted by lizard-sponsored greenpeace.
just the payment network of Visa exceeds bitcoin's "carbon footprint" let alone the entire global network of banks and interbank payment systems.
gfy climate cultist chicken little:

always best to avoid paying taxes.
that's why they are always setting up arrangements where someone collects it for you, and making it so they have to do that for free as well.
the chutzpah of the extortionists is rezounding.
