A bot wouldn't have Twitter history from 2007 ( migrated to nostr :-) .. there were no bots back then and as far I know , I never heard a bot that could create tweets in the past :-)

Twitter did have bots back in 2007. They just weren’t pretending to be people.

This would be good, as your feed is the one I’m using to debug / code filters for questionable content, you produce lots of stuff people don’t want to see.

Ok, but why about the overhang seats? There will be at least 2, but likely three. If it’s three or four, then NACT doesn’t have a majority without NZF.
