Hacker, cypherpunk. All memes are my own.

Go through a couple of online explanations to get a general idea and just start using it. Eventually through the process of using it, shooting yourself in the foot, patching it up, and researching why and how something happened that you don’t understand you get a decent working knowledge of git.

Like learning a language, you just have to use it and get out of tutorial hell.

That’s why a good programmer always uses protection when committing to keep a good commit history.

Or I get down on my knees, force push, and pray for the best.

With enough caffeine everyone will feel like they need to go do something and will all independently decide to attack. Now we don’t even have to worry about messages!

We solved the Byzantine generals problem by putting everyone in a good mood with caffeine so nobody sends bad messages.

Those guides only work on Intel Macs. If you want to use Linux on a Mac your only option right now is Asahi Linux which I’ve heard is stupidly fast but also extremely beta. They’ve recently implemented the sleep state that Macs are famous for.

Listening to the latest WiM show (we need to get Breedlove on here) I think I could listen to nostr:npub17u5dneh8qjp43ecfxr6u5e9sjamsmxyuekrg2nlxrrk6nj9rsyrqywt4tp talk for hours. I wonder if it would be possible to get him on Lex Fridman’s podcast.

WTF? I think Apple makes a great operating system and generally tries to make things as private and on-device as possible as opposed to Google sending absolutely everything to their servers but that doesn’t mean everything they do is good.

You can even add it to your Home Screen and it’ll look native.

Just installed Snort as a PWA to my home screen so I can continue to get my zapping fix if nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s can’t convince Apple. It’s very good, but not quite the same. I’m reminded again why it like native apps.

Rust makes me feel like a real dev. Python makes me feel like a fake dev.

No, all the LN wallets had to go through the same process to get accepted. The weird thing is that Apple approved Lightning tipping back when Damus was first accepted to the App Store.

🎯 This is why I suggested nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s change the word Zap to Tips and make it clear to Apple its the exact same thing that is allowed on Twitter.

The Apple notice specifically says tips. That’s what they have a problem with. It seems there issue is being able to tip notes.
