Well all of the critters are surviving the heat, so we are glad for that. The chickens have really been enjoying their little water trough I placed for them in the shade. I'm a cofounder of Mazlo, a startup which is focused on reducing administration costs in the nonprofit sector as well as driving more transparency.

I'm stepping back from my CEO role and remaining an active board member and advisor and am currently off on a hiking adventure in east Java, Indonesia to clear my head after a few years of gruling work.
