Teddy and Tulip say Good Morning. These 2 had a rough start to life. Their sister was stillborn and got completely wedged backwards in the birth canal in front of them. We are always extremely hesitant to intervene, but it eventually became clear it was necessary. I was able to get the stillborn pushed back into the uterus and repositioned. Mama Penny then pushed her out in no time, and Teddy and Tulip were hot on her heels. From all the trauma and waiting, Tulip must have gotten her neck pushed into an awkward position. When she was born, she couldn’t lift her head higher than her shoulders, which meant she couldn’t nurse from Mama. We left her with Mama, but brought her a bottle every 3-4 hrs. They’re about 10 days old now, and you wouldn’t even know anything had been wrong with Tulip. Just lots of love and Mama’s milk, and she is boppin around like all the other kids. The resiliency of such a little, vulnerable critter has been extremely inspiring! 
We’ve even got Marty’s dentist onboard. NOTHING CAN STOP IS NOW!
