That level of sharpness is not sharp enough to cut hairs but I find that’s just going over the top and unnecessary.
I’m kind of autistic about the sharpness of my knives. If you can put a blade on your thumbnail and drag it sideways across if it just slides across it’s too dull. If it makes little thumbnail shavings it’s good to go.
It’s not that hard you just need to sharpen your knife or I should say get your bf to sharpen your knife.
