For some reason Windows Defender antivirus starts using 2.5% of the CPU as soon as I run this game in VR and then it stutters
Cracked it - unscrambled the quaternion into a 3x3 rotation matrix and I can look around properly in VR now

For a while it was confusing because I'd chosen the reference space to be attached to my head so I didn't appear to be moving
I'm getting head position info out of my #VR headset's API (OpenXR on HTC Vive). Now looking into field-of-view info. Looks like I'll have to do quaternions to get the rotation.
