Clue No. 8:
A French island joins again.
Yes that one is fun.
I must have seen them sometime in the mid 90s. The telephone one was very good. Funny.
I don’t believe these are tasks that are done with quantum computation. More like randomness mixed with some kind of goal seeking, but I’m just guessing (and so are they).
Having said that, I am not aware of any ambiguity in the answer to the first clue.
Actually I have that one, had forgotten about them.
D Wave looks like bull to me. I don’t believe it. I want to see a real demonstration of Shor’s algorithm factorising large numbers. Simulating materials sounds like just making stuff up.
Key word is useful. By that I mean a computer that can perform operations infeasible for conventional computers.
I didn’t realise they were still going. I thought they’d finished when Simon died.
Challenge accepted!

Yes, I like that one. I saw them live at Birmingham Symphony Hall many moons ago.
A useful quantum computer can never exist. Prove me wrong.
I am aware that there is a certain degree of ambiguity in the clues. That is, however, all part of the fun.
#BIP39
Funny you should say that, given they both originated in early 1970s West Germany.
I prefer the album. https://music.apple.com/gb/album/quantum-gate-quantum-key/1371592662
