I’d confidently say 70–80% of people live most of their lives on extremes—it’s painfully obvious. Just look around.

You either hustle 24/7 working nonstop, neglecting presence and orgasmic experiences… or you “protect your peace” by doing absolutely nothing and stay stuck in your $15/hour 9-5.

Same story in health.

You’re either red light therapy, cold plunge, 16-supplements-deep biohacker… or you’re numbing out with big pharma and big macs.

Then comes nutrition:

Carnivore cultist or raw vegan monk.

Keto zealot or aspirin-popping, sugar-maxxing ray peater.

All in. All out. It’s never balanced because it’s easier to follow someone else’s rulebook than tune into your body’s intelligence.

The real hack? Eat with the seasons. Think for yourself. FEEL what works.

You want a solution? Here’s what actually shifted everything for me:

— Organic, BOTH biodynamic plants and animals (herbs, tubers, fruit, pasture raised meats)

— Cutting what wrecks my gut and mood (no franken food sludge)

— Minerals, real salt, hydration that actually absorbs (raw milk, fresh celery juice, OJ, electrolytes)

— Ditching labels and listening to signals (while not being a neurotic retard and still enjoying occasional seed oil fries)

— Making 97% of my food intake home-prepped (you don’t really know what you’re getting when you eat out. Do this as little as possible)

— Having a silly goose time. Daily.

No dogma. No guru diets. No more cults. Just truth, real food, and a sovereign nervous system.

Stop outsourcing your health to phony trends. Start remembering what it means to THRIVE.
