IDF troops from the Givati Brigade and Reserve Brigade 646 are actively operating in Beit Hanoun, northern Gaza:
• Givati forces have eliminated dozens of terrorists in close-quarters combat and dismantled underground tunnels and terror infrastructure.
• A Hamas rocket launch site aimed at Israel was discovered and destroyed.
• Reservists from Brigade 646 uncovered a field of explosive devices, which was subsequently neutralized by an Israeli Air Force strike.
• The Northern Brigade, with aerial support, eliminated an armed terrorist operating in the area.
• These operations are part of a broader effort under Southern Command to protect Israeli civilians, particularly those living near the Gaza border.
