🐕, 🦆, 🌱 New Spinsters: I’m not going to follow back until you post a bit. Wider Fedi: I’m not going to follow back if you post too much. Nostr: 2c60241a778e47057c7b457e8e31750216a924877c8c21637b719ba573568161

Someone on the news blaming it on power lines coming down, and iirc that’s often the story in places like California. New theory: they’re deliberately running down the US power grid so that they can use the side effects as an excuse to get rid of it. After which you will have to eat bugs, which need neither refrigeration nor cooking.

That is indeed a big chonkin frog. Wow.

I took him to the dog field naked yesterday, and when we were on the moors this morning I took his boot off (put it back on for the road). I’m being careful with the nail, because it’s not quite grown out nicely in the worst side, but I am more worried about the rubbing now: I think once I get that cleared up we might be finished with it.

I would have quite liked to be a fly on the wall a few months ago when Favourite Niece and her mum started on him about it. Apparently he was flailing mightily.

I’m pretty sure he’d have started sooner if so. I’ve actually been going easy on him now it seems to be recovering.

Hmm: he did manage to get a dollop of sudacrem earlier when I was putting it in his rubbed patch, that might be the culprit.

Peugh, someone is stinky this afternoon. I can’t think what he might have eaten, but I’m wondering if he needs an extra trip around the block….

Husband actually stayed to try that argument on me once, before so realised he was a lost cause. He did have the grace to stop and look shifty half way through when he heard himself.

I kind of was, and it probably is both, but it would be interesting to compare with acceptable clothes.

Grandmother, but yes.

I wish you could see the guys behind the policeman better. Is it the short shorts or the exposed midriff, I wonder?

Very small Aunt or very large coal bucket…?

I have no idea if they partly funded the trip or not. I do know that a lot of, mostly left-wing, British women did so as well. KJK has always avoided politics, so it’s entirely consistent.

All you or I can go on is the info on their website, which is thoroughly mainstream.

There’s no conclusive answer about what causes premature development, though research shows that the constellation of factors at play includes stress and trauma, as well as lifestyle habits like poor diets and lack of exercise that are tied to weight gain in children. In many countries, pandemic measures saddled children with this exact package of pressures. It’s no wonder that precocious puberty rates soared.

Also, this isn’t that parallel Black is attempting to create from while-cloth. She’s trying to pretend that the US church-funded anti-abortion groups who actually are currently funding/oraganising protests in Scotland are connected to grassroots GC activists.

You may not like their politics, but they’re pretty mainstream (reintroduce nuclear power and vote against the, AIUI, increasingly unpopular indigenous voice referendum). Nothing on their website about Christianity or abortion. Or, indeed, funding from the US.

I didn’t, what was it you were laughing at?

The two quickly decided to become “bedmates”, renting a 215-sq-ft bedroom in a 1,485-sq-ft three-bedroom flat, with each paying 1,500 yuan a month.

They made an informal agreement about rules: no snoring, sleepwalking, or inviting male guests into their shared space.

“We are completely entrusting our personal safety during the night to a stranger,” said Xiaosha.

Am I missing something, or does the article not say what the online rumours are or why they made people go there?
