Muun is a simple way to do this with just one step. It's the only thing I use that wallet for but it's really good at it.
Just use an exchange with free LN withdrawals. Then when fees are lower, move to chain from Muun. You just pay the mining fee.
Are they gonna run out of money before Xmas. That is the question.
I am not seeing anyone losing their sats. Or the code being tampered with.
