What’s wild is that this works on mobile for me but not on desktop; the opposite of before.
On second consideration if you're using nostr.build it should do all that compatability magic for you - so it's a mystery. I might be dead wrong on my gut assumption.
I would try re-exporting it as an MKV file and seeing if that makes a difference. I don't know what operating system you use but both Windows Movie Maker and iMovie should be able to quickly remux it.
I can see it fine on noStrudel. It's likely due to an incompatible video encoding with the apps; if its' an old video was it still an .mp4 or .mov?

Following through your tutorials and hitting the same problem I had as a child with yo-yos; my string is becoming twisted so much when I throw the yo-yo it spins sideways like a hamburger and I can’t retrieve it.
