I had chatgpt draft some comms for me this week in my voice. It sorta worked and definately saved time. It doesnt follow instructions when i tell it not to use "!" But is did finally stop using the word thrilled. Lol

Ive just now MADE time in the week to poke harder at Nostr and ai. It took me 3 months and starting 75hard. Starting to pay someone to do clerical will hopefully help more

Starting last Friday, the Hard in hard started. Motivation problems. I dont usually set an alarm, but did for 1 hour earlier than my usual waking time today. Motivation problem is solved.

1. I am not really keeping track of days because that puts my attention off other important things

2. So long as i get up and GO, and take the picture in the AM, things come together with relative ease

3. Traveing days are challenging water days

4. Day 28ish, i started addressing a motivation problem.
